Events Crew

As a full-time member of our events operations crew, you will play a critical role in executing the smooth setup and breakdown of events. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and dismantling event venues, including staging, décor, backdrops, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
• Delivering and dispatching equipment and resources to venues in a timely and organized manner.
• Assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of event equipment to various locations.
• Collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines, work efficiently under pressure, and uphold the high standards of our events.
• Handling long hours, weekend work, and physically demanding tasks with a positive attitude and high energy.
• Adapting to the fast-paced and high-pressure environment of the events industry, with a focus on safety, precision, and professionalism.

• You can sign up for shifts based on your flexible availability, whether you’re a shift worker, student, or stay-at-home parent.
• You embrace a hands-on approach and are willing to engage in physical labour.
• You have some rigging experience, possess a driver’s license (Licence C or C1 is a plus!) and are willing to work night shifts.
• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working within a team.
