Team Building Events Crew
What will you do:
- You will oversee and assist teambuilding event set-up
- You will assist the coordination of teambuilding events and oversee event running
- You will lead games – from briefing the participants to keeping scores
- You will embody our collaborative and team-oriented spirit, championing the JUGS culture in no time.
Position: Part-Time

- You are highly motivated, have an eye for detail and can work with minimum supervision
- You are a strong team player.
- You have a flexible approach to working hours – sometimes sociable hours (early mornings, evenings and public holidays)
- You have a fun and positive attitude and jump at the opportunity to collaborate within a team.
- You enjoy working with people and being part of fun, active events.
- You’re confident, outgoing, and happy to take charge when guiding groups through team building activities.
- You are hands-on and enjoy being on the go – no desk work here!
- You are happy to assist with event setup and dismantling and play the role of Game Master during activities.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and bring positive energy to every event.
- You’re ideally a people’s person, are mostly available and looking for engaging, part-time work.
Ideal candidate:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evening, weekends and public holidays as required
- Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
