About the role:
The Teambuilding Admin creates, plans, and executes events ranging from icebreakers to sport events, outdoor events, quizzes, training programmes and physical activities. They diligently monitor each stage of an event from planning to execution, with a clear focus on developing positive and repeat client relationships in the process.
Position: Full-Time
What you’ll be doing:
- Planning, preparing, and delivering quality events;
- Ensuring efficient administration processes for events, including issuing quotations and invoices;
- Managing event timelines, legal obligations, budgets, and expense management;
- Coordinating event staffing requirements and briefings;
- Overseeing teambuilding crew responsibilities and timesheets;
- Coordinating venue bookings and liaising with suppliers;
- Responding to client needs, including site visits, briefings, and meetings;
- Building relationships with new and existing clients via email, phone, and in person;
- Researching markets and identifying new opportunities;
- Developing new business and reaching sales targets;
- Assisting with ongoing training and development of teambuilding crew;
- Ensuring that all events planned adhere to company insurance policy as well as national and EU legal, health and safety legislations;
- Carrying out event and client evaluations to assess and improve the experience offered by Jugs@Malta Ltd.
Ideal candidates:
- Organised and self-motivated team player with an eye for detail;
- Excellent presentation skills with a people’s person charm;
- Proficient problem-solving skills and able to work well under pressure;
- Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office applications;
- Able to communicate well in both English and Maltese;
- In possession of a clean driving license, and ideally also a driving License C or C1.
