Team Builds

Teams are one of the major forces behind revolutionary changes in contemporary organisations and teamwork is the central foundation of any high-performance team.

This activity brings together a number of fast paced, 10-minute team-building challenges which encourage the most fervent staff members to keep their passion and enthusiasm, and at the same time support less enthusiastic staff by offering them the possibility to revisit their approach to work.

Participants are split into teams, briefed, allocated a rotation of games and led to their first one by our game marshalls. Challenges will start off with the sound of a fog horn and finish off when the Gong sound goes off.

#Bonus: Just like with any other JUGS event, this event can happen throughout any season or in any setting. But if you’re booking it in spring or summer, we’re bound to add some spectacular water games!
