Christmas Party Ideas to End the Year on a High Note

OUR TOP PARTY THEMES FOR THE HO-HO-HOLIDAYS

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas party season. If you’re racking your brain to come up with the perfect theme but are finding yourself stuck for suggestions, don’t fret – we’re here to help!

Frosty Yet Fiery

Dress Code: Pick a side

Christmastime can be as white and frosty as it is warm and golden, and it’s up to your guests to pick a side. For our Fire and Ice event, we bring both these elements together to create a magical, festive and fun atmosphere in the most dramatic way.

Venue: White winter wonderland

Since we don’t get white Christmases here in Malta, why not create one for your guests? Allow us to transform your venue into a winter wonderland, complete with icy white decorations and warm fairy lights, and bring it to life with the help of fire-breathing entertainers and silver-cladded living statues. Given that this is a company event, we can also incorporate your logo or company name into the décor by using illuminated letters to showcase your branding.

Top Tip: Mix and mingle

We’ll help you create a casual space where your guests can mingle freely by setting up food stalls around the venue and bistro tables to encourage everyone present to move around the room rather than remain seated. Throw in some live music, a dance floor, a fun photobooth and some themed drinks and you’ve got yourself all the right ingredients for an unforgettable Christmas party.

O Come All Ye Peaky Blinders Fans

Dress Code: 1920s fashion

Whether they’re donning Thomas Shelby’s signature three-piece suits and flat caps, or channelling Grace and Ada with flapper dresses, feather scarves and elaborate headpieces, your guests are bound to be the best-looking bunch of party people this Christmas.

Venue: An epic venue for an epic crime drama

Our team will help you make it a blinding bash by recreating the iconic Garrison pub, or by transforming your venue into a glitzy and glamorous ballroom.

Top Tip: Splurge on the entertainment

For a truly immersive experience, our event organisers recommend getting a live band to keep all your guests on their feet throughout the night, renting some casino tables and setting up a retro cocktail bar with an exclusive whiskey and cigar chillout area.

Have Yourself A Great Gatsby Christmas Party

Dress Code: Dress to the nines – or should we say twenties?

From gangsters, we’re moving on to the Great Gatsby with this cabaret-themed event. The roaring twenties were all about embellished, drop-waist dresses, fur coats, and cloche hats for women, while men would opt for a bespoke suit and accessorise with a pocket square and pocket watch. And last, but certainly not least – dancing shoes!

Venue: The most glamorous space in our capital city

We’re decking the halls of the spectacular Casino Maltese in Valletta for you and your guests to enjoy a night of decadence, glamour and, most importantly, fun! As for décor, we would suggest sticking to classic black and gold touches, shimmer curtains and a standout scene-setting backdrop, which could double as a photo-op.

Top Tip: Make it a not-so-silent night

The 1920s were all about letting loose and having a good time, so grab a champagne flute and revel in our lavish 1920s décor, take a gamble with one of our card games or join our burlesque dancers and live jazz musicians on the dance floor.

Now it’s time to pop that end-of-year bottle of champagne, and leave the work to us. Browse through our events from Christmases past, and get in touch if you like what you see.
